What is the biggest fear all humans have? Is the fear of heights? No! Is it the fear of flying? Nope. Is it the fear of dying? Not even that. It’s actually the fear of public speaking than the fear of death. This means more people would rather die than have to talk in public. Everybody – at one time or another and for whatever reason – has had a fear of speaking publicly. It could be that they failed to get their point across or they were unable to speak in front of a group of audience. For them, it’s difficult for them to see public speaking as an art. Some others see it as difficult to master. The fear is called Glossophobia, and it’s suffered by anyone with any personality type (extroverts or introverts). An introvert is a person who’d rather stick to themselves and are shy while an extrovert is a person who is usually bubbly, outgoing and likes being a crowd. Still, it doesn’t matter if a person is outgoing or shy; it doesn’t mean they want to give a public speech or talk to people publicly. The great thing is that anyone can master the art of public speaking, learning the skills they must have and overcoming their nerves. It comes with having the right training. If you should ever find yourself speaking publicly again, you’ll have the tools needed to succeed.
